Hire an Experienced

Church Administrator

without breaking your budget

Do any of these sound like you?

God has given you a vision for your church – but you need help with executing your strategy.

You don’t have a full-time staff and you lead a faithful team of all volunteer [ministry] leaders.

You've got an amazing team, but they need help setting up the business aspects of the church.

You need better systems to operate more efficiently, but you're not sure where to start or how to put everything together.

You've got a few projects or tasks that you need help with and would like to hire someone who knows what to do and is able to just "get it done”.

Have you ever wished that you had someone on your team who was certified in Church Administration and who ate, slept, and breathed all things related to church operations and business? And even if you found such a person, wouldn’t you want this expert to be someone who was ministry focused, loved Christ and the church, and wouldn’t break your budget?

Well, you’re in the right place and sitting in the right seat to meet someone

Meet YourSomeone....

Dwight Smith is an administrator and church business consultant who is absolutely obsessed with helping churches get organized, grow healthy, and accomplishing their vision. One conversation with him and you’ll realize that God has placed him in your life (and your church’s life) for a reason. Leadership and Church Administration is his gift, and he’s been anointed by God to serve the church and help it reach the world for Jesus Christ.

Dwight is a PK (preacher’s kid) and has served in church all his life. He has served in churches of all sizes and understands the challenges that churches face whether it is finances, operational management, member attraction & retention, or volunteer training. Dwight can help move your church forward and give you the push needed to take your ministry to the next level.

How It Works

30 Minutes

It starts by scheduling a 30-minute assessment call. This is where Dwight will get to listen to you and hear what you want to accomplish. It’ll feel more like Q&A because he’ll do more asking and listening in order to fully understand your goals and how best to assist you. There’s no obligation or commitment required, and the call is FREE.

5 Days

Once we get a sense of what you want to accomplish within your church, we’ll need 5 business days to put a good proposal together for you outlining what we plan on accomplishing, how many hours we expect it to take, and what you can expect as far as deliverables. From there you can decide as to how you’d like to proceed.

1 Experience

We’re all about the 1-on-1 personal experience, giving you customized solutions for your church. Our goal isn’t to force you into the latest fad or trend in church management. You need processes and systems that work for you and your church. These are the tools necessary for supporting your vision and the dream that God has given you.

Most Frequently Asked Questions

Will hiring a church administrator help my church grow?

Although we can never guarantee church growth or the amount of growth, we’re extremely confident that as you become a healthier leader, you’ll lead a healthier church – which will naturally produce growth.

How long would I have access to the academy?

As long as you’re a client of our administrative services, you will have access to the Churbiz academy. Once you decided that you no longer want/need administrative services, your academy membership will be suspended. You can always rejoin the academy at our regular membership rate.

Does the administrator come to my church?

All administration is done through online video calls and via phone. This technology and methodology allows us to keep our travel cost down and pass those savings on to you as low hourly rates. Having a coach travel to your church and provide onsite administrative support would cost $2,000 – $3,000 per month. However if you’d like for a coach to come to your church, please email us at coaching@churbiz.com.

What’s the difference between a Churbiz Administrator and other Pastoral Coaching or Consultant?

The honest answer to this is our target market – Black Churches led by black pastors. Our admins are PK’s, Church Administrators, Ministry Leaders, and Pastors – all of whom grew up in, served in, received salvation in, and worship at black churches. The greatest benefit to this is that your administrator knows you. They know your culture, they know your traditions, they know your fears, and they know how to help you. This allows you to be transparent and build trust immediately. They’ve got your back and want you to succeed.

Can I pay by church check?

Absolutely! However when paying by check, you must choose the annual fee. Recurring membership fees can only be paid by credit card. If you purchase a standalone course, you may pay by check.  Mail your payment to Churbiz P.O. Box 682312, Charlotte, NC 28216. Once we receive your payment, we will manually setup your account and schedule your first meeting.

What happens to my courses if I cancel?

When you cancel your membership, you will no longer be charged the monthly membership fee, however you will no longer have access to the coaching portal, the courses, or the private Facebook Group. If you’ve purchased a standalone course from our library, you will have access to that course forever – even if you cancel your account.

Do you give refunds?

Your complete satisfaction is our goal, so if you’re not satisfied with our services or you feel like we’re not delivering on our promise, then we ask that you give us a chance to make it right – and if we can’t deliver, then we’ll return your money. It’s as simple as that.

Can I refer other pastors?

Please and thank you! If you know of other pastors that would benefit from this coaching, please send them our way! In fact, for every pastor that you refer, we’ll give you 3 hours FREE of administrative support for to use for your church! Just contact us at support@churbiz.com to let us know who you’re referring!
